I’m Rajat Upadhyay, a certified Skill Development Trainer and Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt holder, with over 9 years of enriching experience in the Learning and Development (L&D) domain. Over the years, I have had the privilege of training diverse audiences—from students and entry-level professionals to mid-career executives—across a wide range of industries, helping them unlock their potential, sharpen their skills, and align with organizational or personal growth goals.

Fondly known as the “Roller Coaster of Trainings,” I bring unmatched energy, creativity, and engagement into every session. I specialize in a variety of areas, including communication skills, personality development, leadership, team building, time management, corporate etiquette, and workplace readiness.
